Russ - I've used sheets of that type of material along the sides of Belinda, wedged in between the metal framework. There's nothing in the roof as yet and I'm not sure I'm going to bother as I was lovely and toasty at Firkin Freezing (-1 degrees overnight). That might have something to do with the wooden body and the fact that my bed frame is wood rather than metal as well. Incidentally on the Sunday morning my thermometer indicated 11 celsius inside the car with the sun coming in and within 5 mins of me opening the door, it had dropped to 3!!
Do you want me to keep an eye out for some?

Gave it a quick coat of paint tonight. It ain't great, but it owes me £30, which I can live with. Hopefully a bit of a polish and some stickers and you'll never know.

I never made it to the graphics people last weekend, so I'll try again this weekend now it's got paint on it and see what they can do.

Tomorrows job will be to get rid of the door handle holes at last.

Something like that, but more likely a blue stripe with the yellow lettering overlapping it. I'd quite like a blue stripe across the bonnet and wings with a RICARD logo on there too. It all depends how much the sticker people pull my pants down...

Also, when I've got them back off Spanners I'll have my new 135 Michelins put on my black wheels and ideally have this car pretty low.

I dropped in on a vinyl graphics shop today called Vsigns just up the road from me. The chap was rather helpful and it looks good for having the Ricard logos put on it this time next week. Which means tomorrow it's time to go get me a half decent stereo system sorted out.
