Anyone know how to do one of those DVLA checks to find out? It was F300 HSS. Wow its one of the few cars I've owned that I never got a piccy of. I always remember the numberplate though as I thought it was High Speed Steel. I fact I managed to get from Chorleywood herts to Bristol in 1hour 30 in it. Leaving Adrian's at 8pm and sitting down with a Chinese takaway in Totterdown Bristol by 9.35pm. The fastest I've ever done that jouney and the only time I can recall where the car seemed to be held together with pure willpower. Oh and gaffa tape.

Thanks Ken, It was taken on the high street in Lewes, a town famous for floods, burning tar barrel antics, as well as the most massive chimbleys in all of Sussex

Maybe it was a rare and sought after cappuccino froth whisk?

 Re: Noisy
So, I got hold of some period (70s/80s) stickers for the car, had to get a Firestone replacement made specially to fit and removed the faded red Firestone strip from the top of the numbers. Before: After: Think that these look pretty good on the car what do you think? Got tempted to get some others from the same place, all 70s 80s logo designs as they had such a great range on offer, I'm thinking I might go towards a kind of 'classic rally / raid' look.: Might go for something along these lines (a photoshop, ignore that fact that its from a picture on a breakdown truck!)
