I'd suggest that if it says "light", and you only got a lens, you'd be well within your rights to spit the dummy. Also, the image seems to show the rubber gasket & bulb holder in there.  It won't be OEM, it'll be repro - and the quality may "vary"... Personally, unless I needed one in a rush, I'd wait until the French Nat'l, and buy some good used ones there. Or ask somebody like Viking if he could find some good used ones.

Re: a quick question. Same photo. One specified as "lens", the other as "light". Yes, the pricing's seriously screwy, but...
