Post So what time is it then?
Is the time clock on this forum correct. The time here in France as I write this is 23:10 on 29/11/09, so in the UK it will be 22:10 yet the "it is currently... {above} say 30 Nov 2009 00:10.

Is someone out there

It says you posted that at 10:12 pm, which I guess must have been right. The top of my page says 11:42 pm, which it was when I opened this page. the only way it would be correct to have read 00:10 was if you were seeing a page that you wouldn't open until 2 hrs later.... or it was just having a wobble.

Time is irrelevant. Lunch Time, doubly so.

The clock is correct for me at the moment.

If it isn't for you, go to the User Control Panel, Board Preferences, and change your time zone.

All a bit odd Adrian. I had already found the settings in the control panel and it was set to UDC [GMT] + 1 which is the correct time zone but was showing two hours ahead of UK time. I have set it now to UDC and the time on my screen above is 12:25 which is what the time is here now. I would expect it to show 11:25.

Its no big deal but just a bit odd.

Mine's on GMT, and says 11:34. It is indeed 11:34.
If I set it to GMT+1 - CET, it says 12:34.

<has another look>
Ah. Is your "Summer time in effect" set to "Yes"? I dunno about where you are (DON'T TELL ME), but it's definitely not summer here...

Very weird. The summer time thing was set to yes. I have just set it to no and the time on the board is now 12:09 when it is 13:09 here which is correct as you are one hour behind us.

Cold here too but not as cold as you are likely to get tonight [just watch forecast] Muff time.
