It's interesting, if you're into late 60's politics (Maoism, Paris 68 etc) and film aesthetics blah-blah-blah. But if you're not into that type of stuff you'll think it's a pile of boring intellectual w*nk! It's almost unendurable in that it's full of things that are designed to alienate you from the traditional idea of film as entertainment. But it is interesting... and the tracking shot is very funny. That said, watch clips of it on YouTube (the whole of the tracking shot is on there), and there's a very rude description at the beginning. Re pix link posted by Dago. I think I'll invent a name for that type of gallery: Banger porn! On that note look up The Dreamers, it's set in Paris in the 1970s (que the DSs, 2CVs, etc...) amid the student riots, shifting political landscape, etc.. and covers the lives of three young film buffs who set out to explore their love of Paris, the film scene and each other. Holy moly! What are those little beuts (see pic below)? They're fantastic. Where can I get one?
Re. Samfieldhouse's excellent cut-and-paste job of my message: reminded me a bit of a Godard film, with all its cuts and recuts etc! All it needed was a confusing soundtrack and a slogans cut into the message! Reminds me also of the time Top Gear taped every word I said and quoted them to make me sound like the new Arthur Daley! Now I'm off to rent that movie from LoveFilm...

 Re: Cool 2cv pictures 3.
Re. Old-Nail's Dyane pic. Now that's cool! I remember going in a Dyane as a wee small kiddie and thinking it was fun, but ugly on the outside. Now I just think they were ahead of their time. They're fantastic.
As for the Radars, they look like a cross between some kind of fish and a fairground car! Does anyone fancy joining me in raising several tens of thousands of pounds to buy some moulds to produce these as kits? We'd go bankrupt, of course, but think of the fun we'd have!
