Those adapters is easy to find H4 lights with rusted reflectors, took them from GSA and 2CV lights, both of them fit perfect... So it's possible to take the lightbulb-holder from a H4 reflector, and put on a p45t reflector? I haven't thought of that... If I come across a H4 reflector I will look for the bulb holder. At the moment I have H4 bulbs with p45t base, and a yellow cap. The problem is these bulbs are not easily available. I do carry a few spare in the car.
