I wouldn't be suprised! P1020962 by Robndaisy, on Flickr That's the shelf in place. P1020963 by Robndaisy, on Flickr Slots for the factory spotwelder. P1020966 by Robndaisy, on Flickr No going back now. P1020969 by Robndaisy, on Flickr The inner brace panel. P1020967 by Robndaisy, on Flickr P1020971 by Robndaisy, on Flickr The side web where it fits to the gutter needs to be reduced. I was unable to take a measurement of the gap from top to bottom of the windscreen aperture due to excessive corrosion. I'm just hoping that everything will be ok . If anyone knows what that size should be...

 Re: Yellow Dyane
Isn't there going to be more new car than old car!
Is that a hydrolic press I see at the back?

 Re: Yellow Dyane
Not as many new panels as the the van had. The press was bought a few years ago for kingpin changing, etc. and I also used it to make the front bumper for the van.

 Re: Yellow Dyane
P1030005 by Robndaisy, on Flickr Got the chassis underneath to use as an alignment jig for the toeboard panels and the front footwell repair panels and generally set the bodyshell nice and even so I don't build in any more stress. I certainly don't want any more stress in my life at the moment, do you? . P1030006 by Robndaisy, on Flickr Started to cut out the bad stuff. They plated both sides of the original floor pan probably to get the flamer through an MoT. Must have been great 20 years ago . P1030008 by Robndaisy, on Flickr This toeboard is also from Ken and of course it fits perfectly unlike the floor repair panels. The outer will have to have the little brackets to hold the wings fitted. I'll do them later, probably much later. .
