 Re: My Beduino
I'm ahead of the game there, its steel I'm short of. The rear valance frame had rusted out to the extent that I practically pulled it off. I have some 25 x 25, but need some 50 x 25 to make up the ends of the horizontal runners. I'll see what I can get tomorrow. It looks really odd very good vision for reversing though. I may yet, have to remove the side panels and wheel arches to be able to weld.

 Re: My Beduino
Steel is ordered for pick up on Monday @ nine o'clock. I wonder if my MIG still works!

 Re: My Beduino
Ok, so, .... waiting for welder bits. So, whilst waiting I cut some wood, I cut it wrong, but I did cut some. Whilst I'm in Wickes, I'll check they have my paint.

 Re: My Beduino
None of this is finished yet, but as I'm still waiting for MIG parts I thought I would cut some wood and offer it up.

 Re: My Beduino
Heat and other activities have stopped play at the moment. But that hasn't stopped me planning and spending money. I've ordered a fog lamp and matching reversing lamp. Also ordered more wiring loom tape to tidy stuff up.

 Re: My Beduino
MIG parts have, arrived, but its still not working properly. The wire feed speed varies itself. The roller feed appears ok, so I suspect the gizmo that varies the voltage when you turn the knob has oxidised inside. Its been sat idle for most of the 20 years I've had it so not surprising really.

 Re: My Beduino
I had the wire it's self oxydized the rust rubbing of in the cable and blocking it. So i threw out the roll and when i put the air line on the torch cable a complete cloud of rust came out the cable. Then it worked again with a new wire.
