These are on Ebay, maybe an upgrade over standard are these worth considering?

I doubt it. If you do order them, check very carefully what they are supplying: They are listing them for drum-brake 2cvs (from 1968!) and if you get what's shown in the picture, it won't fit a later 2cv either (unless you drill some more holes!). I think you'd be better off buying from someone that knows about the cars that they're selling parts for (like Ecas2cvParts).

Yeah, I was a bit suspicious of the dates listed.
