It's an early one (but not 5 years earlier than the launch date!). I wouldn't have thought a mistake on the NOVA declaration would matter too much: If it has it's Carte Gris the DVLA will go by that when you register it. If it hasn't, they'll need an age confirmation from a recognised club official regardless of what anyone has stated on the NOVA.

Looking at the car it should be 1965.. Last 2 number are wobbled..
