2cvkeza wrote: rob massey55 ... I just looked at your van pictures there at Flickr... "crist" ... looks like big job at that AZU ... For cars like this I produce and assembly complete back bed ... It is AK350 on photo but I do assembly AZU, 250 and Acadiane sets as well... Ask Roy ECAS for some more AZU panels... like 2. and 3. crossmember, side B post panels and inner wings. It will be easyer for you to rebuild this AZU completly with my panels... Why don't you come over here with your bits and do the flamer for me

 Re: Van repairs
The original floor was swaged so the corrugations blended flush to the front and rear crossmembers. this replacement doesn't, any easy, neat ideas? IMG_3849 by Robndaisy, on Flickr

 Re: Van repairs
Yes, end of this corrugated floor is not same as original... There is good reason for this. As (and this is my product) it is made in yearly batch of 10 - 15 pieces it cant be made by presing on big expensive presses and tools. But , as it is made by CNC the corrugations and dimensions are very good and as original as possible.
I am not at workshop computer so I cant give you photo of how it is fitted... Have to wait until Monday... But, You can drill 4 - 5 mm holes on every bottom part of corrugations about 10 mm from the end. Than tuck weld it with MIG , grind all tuck welds. Than hammer down slowly every upper part of corrugates.
If you do this slowly with right amount of force and time you will end up with something looking like original.
And... I done it many times and it is 1/2 hour job for both sides of floor.
cheers
