Once my dad complained about the light coming on and it appeared he had an almost empty sump  I'm pretty sure I have no short cut, but will try with a seperate lightbulb/wire directly to the + of the battery. Oil is enough in the engine, theres a looking glas with marks at the left side of the engine....
