@Jasu,
C5 front struts are a lot easier to find in the UK.

Yes, that's true. Lot easier to find, practically free to collect, but these rear cylinders are much easier to install -reason why I mentioned them...

About hydraulic connections, there is used two different threads. Bigger (M16*1,5 if remember correct) is used with Hydractive 3+ and smaller (M10*1) with H3. The bigger is some kind of easier, becouse it is common in "real hydraulic parts"...

We should meet up sometime, Are you in NL?
Agree that the rear would easier to mount, as the pivot is part of the strut. Only saw one item on ebay @ £90 :( .
Also C6 (even harder to find) they have a Solenoid Valve in the strut, like the C5 centre sphere assembly.

Your are correct re the C5 Front Strut Tops.
I ended up with a mixture, earlier C5 have the M10, those with the extra centre sphere have the larger connections.

With the rear struts they have M16, but I managed to obtain the pipe with 2 end connections.
With "Tig weld" to std steel 3.5mm pipe union.

The fronts are M10 with a special connections, same as late Xantia.
Hard to DIY fabricate

UK supplier
See http://www.eurocarcare.net/hydraulics/e ... -rear.html.

These unions also fit the pump (BHI) .

Looking great your solution...

However I have my doubts... As far as I can see it by the picture your point where the cilinder is attached to your arm is wrong... When your suspension compresses your arm

(force= arm x power) is getting smaller, so you will need (relative) more pressure to get your hight right.. it should be the other way round when your suspension compresses your arm must getting longer (or at least equal).. my opinion

Hope you understand what I'm trying to say.. That's also why your rear-end suddenly pops up (I guess)...

You're right (as always), but there's the problem with the axle being the other way around, and not enough room to mount things the way it works best.
Maybe the progressiveness of the spheres is just enough to overcome problems.

Rear Suspension.

Rear "Pops Up" as the pivot goes thru its higest point.
