depending on whats there already, suspect the milk carton catches the "output" from a breather a failed breather or worn rings will fill the milk carton pretty quickly

I have that on my one project engine, and painting looks like very thin. It works like I assumed, it is much smaller what is one big benefit with that engine...

The only one I would use is ECAS new design - far better than original as you can check on the reed valve everytime you top up with oil. The original one is only found to be faulty when oil is dripping out of the engine.

Hey Chris - what is with the milk carton collection unit. Would this be redundant using the newer breather?

No - normally the pipe from the filler goes into the air box and the oil/fumes goes back into the engine but with the turbo you cnnot do this. People just vent the pipe to the ground but I did not want to contaminate the planet etc so it gets caught in water bottle to be emptied every now and again.

You don't reelly need a milk bottle.. For automotive they invented oilcatch tanks and starting by about 30 euro it will make a nice chrisWas present

I've made my own oilcatch tank and I connected it to the airfilter, so still like a normal 2cv but without to much oil going in..

The problem is that the little oildrips settles at the turbo-fin coking it and bringing it out of balance and that is just what you don;t want revving at 100k+
