Wow! I've never seen that before, where abouts is it? I don't suppose you have any more of it? I've studied all the old L2B videos and the Fyffes safari video to see if I can see it in its previous life but never found it, is John Fuller still around? I think that was the name of the guy I bought it off in early 2006.

It was taken 13 years ago in Austria. Haven't seen John for a while. Looks like he's still around, looking at 2cvgb news, contact details under 'Softly Sprung Ducks' in local groups.
That was the best picture i've got of it, here's one with John.

Done a few little jobs this morning. Fitted the rear brake pipes into the axle and fitted the fuel pipe along the chassis.

look great but didn't you have to put the rear wheelarms on it first?

I reckon I can get the arm over the pipe, but if not its only one nut to remove the pipe, it wasn't as hard as everybody makes out to get the pipe in the axle.

Well Russel that's because you don't have the arms attached ...

Now you have to bend the pipe to put the arms on. I wouln'd do that, the pipe can go out of model doing that, so then the corkscrew is rubbing against the tube.... and that is definitly a no go...

So take the brakepipes out put the arms on and start over and then you see it isn't as easy
(it can be easy if the brakpipe is made correct)...

bon chance
