I've just been to Dover too, ah well!

Off on ferry in a couple of hours. Going Newcastle/Amsterdam and then friend in Germany, before heading to Czech Rep on Monday. After the WM I'm off to Southern Spain and Gibraltar before heading back to Germany and then home to the UK in on 27th Aug and straight to the National. Return sailing Hook of Holland to Harwich to make run to National closer.

See some of you in Czech. See others, and some of the same people again, in St Ives.

Play nice all those who are staying at home, and don't forget to have fun.

Just fitted air con unit to the Acadiane and we are now packing the trailer tent. We are not leaving here until Sunday crack of sparrow but we are already getting into holiday mode.

Sitting in the queue to board the ferry at Newcastle docks, and what do I see in the rear view mirror? A Burton with Dutch plates driving up behind me, heading home after touring Scotland.

That Burton didn't happen to be near Rye or Hastings last week did it? I passed a black one with Cloggy plates on when I was going to see the missus last weekend.
