Well done Russ, surely Russ is a craftsman. Respect from me for sure. This is not about Russ or me but about one person in need of one little job. Should he buy an expensive set up for that?

A disposable bomb can isnt expensive. Especially considering it actually works.

NO! the gas shroud on the torch you still need eye and skin protection more so as it spatters and spits so cover everything you dont want holes burnt in with old floor mats.

true! a can of Co2 from MM will be a similar price to a roll of flux core ...and make a better job of it. :lol:

But does it? Have you ever cut one of your welds open, to check that it's properly penetrated, and that there's no bubbliness/inclusions/shite inside?
