It is, though, interesting that the whole reason we started 2cv racing in UK is that, following visits to 24hr Spa back in 1985, 1986, Steve Hill built a car to Belgian regs to participate at Spa. When the entry was submitted, the then governing club decided they did not want foreigners participating even though they already had Dutch, German & French drivers. There then existed a race prepared 2cv with nowhere to go - hence we sat down & wrote regs and organised a series for UK instead.
