 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
Seller is the same chap that sold you the GS engine last year, from Worcestershire. Judging from his other eBay items, he's also selling the hotel he was just about to start running last autumn...

 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
This is someone who repeatedly buys & sells 2cvs, I just love the ebay spiel about "idiots", "no excuses", "timewasters", that car can not have an MOT but it does!

I see it's relisted with 7 bids already. Who are these nutters bidding on this. You can see from the photos that it's absolute crap.

 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
Section 75 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 makes it an offence to sell, supply or offer to sell or supply, or expose for sale an unroadworthy vehicle.
This person is clearly breaking the law and someone local should inform the Trading Standards and the Police. I'm sure Ebay would like to distance themselves from these sort of people...Or at least one would hope so.

 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
Could someone point out whats going on with that chassis? It seems to be blanked off underneath (buckled towards the engine too?), what are those side bits underneath, and more importantly, what are the brackets extending into the body doing?

What's going on under the bonnet? Is that a cardboard box holding the battery in?
