Re: Alternative Engines why does it have to be another engine, I turbocharged my 602 engine with a smart turbo and intercooler and a Megasquirt free programmable ECU. I'm driving it now for a month and its really big fun, you can drive it like a normal 2cv but only 10% of throttle, so when you put the pedal to the metal it really pushes you into the seat, next thing I want to do is put it on a rolling road, but I think it has about 60bhp so not bad for an old and worn 602..... Re: Alternative Engines ... the max.continuous output is 26 HP @6000 rpm ... not really an improvement to the standard 2cv motor ....
