Jameswallace I modified your table (look below). As you can see the table jumps from 25 to 15 when iddling thats why it runs rough. Change it also to 25 degrees (double click at the cell the number will turn blue and you can adjust it... By clicking at enter you will save it to the controller) thats it...

First row has to be 4 degrees (as told before for crankspeeds) so change the 6 into 4.

At the yellow circle the numbers are incorrect too... I will send you my table for that..later this day

You can simply import my table into the controller, click the import button, search the table at your computer, open it there will be a pop up when the table is ready at your screen, then
an "burn button will appear" just hit it and you will see it will send the data to the controller
(you can see cell by cell which one is burned at the moment) 8-) 8-) 8-)

You mentioned Mark (4x4) I guess to send his table but thats to low for your engine, ut fel free to try it.....

p.s. you can change the table 100.000 times before the chip starts to give up (garanteed by the chip company) so you can burn a few tables :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I set up an old laptop to run 1-2-spark and it crashed first time I connected it up. I think it had something to do with the USB to RS232 cable.

I'll take some shots of my setups tomorrow and post then here.

Didn't Geo advise against vjaning it back? I think you'd be better off kdupputising it forwards.

I don't mean any offend anyone here as this is obviously a very clever device that I'm sure will have it's uses but it seems to me to be a bit overly complicated for a 2cv that is used in normal conditions. I have a modern car and the first thing any mechanic or AA man :( does is plug a laptop into it but this doesn't seem right for a 2cv somehow. If it's broken I just want to mend it with a hammer and a spanner not fire up the laptop.

Just my two pennies worth.
