Are there any replacement bulbs ie led or the like for the instrument panel on a 2cv that will let you see it

There is got mine off ebay on my 1986 model the speedo is a wedge ype rather that a the usual bayonet fitting.As in the following link :P

They give a very white light without the heat you get with ordinary bulbs mine have been in now for 4 years.

Dont look like they will fit in a standard bulb holder ? Have you got to change anything apart from the bulb?

The wedge type are whats fitted to my 2cv and no they wont fit a the more normal type holder,check which you have. There is no other change needed just replace the bulb or in this case just replace the bulb holder to take these, but I have also used the normal fitting with an LED replacement. :) Well worth doing as the bright white light makes your speedo very clear,
