Post roof cleaning
what is the best way or best cleaning solution to clean a standard 2cv vinyl roof? it's yellow and looking a bit grotty, cheers

I've heard that lanolin with a brush and warm water works wonders (best if soaked). Sometimes you can buy it very concentrated for wool treatment or something.

Donot use any detergent as it will make your roof go stiff :shock:

Funny you should put that I have been using baby oil to keep my hood more supple having made the mistake of cleaning it with a detergent :oops: It also helps water proofing :D
For cleaning baby shampoo is very gentle :idea:
