If they are sitting on a cable tray surely gravity does that?

I have an Original ligarex set..... It's looking very Original and tidy, it's a bit of a fiddle to do it right but when you got it it works just fine.... but

Bought 50m and used only 2 (on a 4x4) 48m lying around for years and suddenly it unspools (a bit like welding wire or a broken spring of an old watch) and now its un usable.

It surely has to do with my propernes ( I don't (often) clean up my garage) so then this happens..... If you do everything need and tidy you won't have a problem like this.....
