Post steering rod ends
hi all, another question if you don,t mind--i,ve reconditioned the inside of my outer steering rod ends
ive fitted new arm on one side as the ball was oval and worn out and new springs and cups both sides, plus new rubber shrouds-- the new caps have the inbuilt grease nipples.
--the steering seems a bit stiff though when driving, :(
how tight should the castellated /threaded cap be done up ? i have the correct socket to do the job btw
should i do the caps up as far as they will go then back them off a bit? if so how much?
thanks fellas :D

I think it is 1/6th. of a turn back from fully tight, not 1/16th. as in Haynes.
