 Re: M4 Oil pipes
Russ there's a spare set of M4 ones in the barn on my spare M4 if you want to do a quick comparison.
They say M4s are big bore 425s (I'd like to compare the innards). Certainly the barrels are the same, just bored out for the 602, so if the heads are of a a similar physical size I'd have though that the pipes would be similar length?
I guess we shall see...

ken wrote: Sean, you're a fast mover, hope there's an invoice in there as well as the pipes. Looks as though I'll have to tidy up that M4 motor to match the shiny new bits, or should I just fit them on this Visa engine? ken Visa engine by slcchassis, on Flickr First time I've seen a naked Visa unit. Are they black as standard?

 Re: M4 Oil pipes
wow looks good
i ran off a few when the new ones available would only last about a year on a road car and less on a racer the thin steel just seemed to fracture so i made some to get my car going over a weekend

 Re: M4 Oil pipes
I was a little uncertain about the materials, what you used is tougher (and looks better "raw"), but it seems to be fine.

 Re: M4 Oil pipes
ive used copper too as i was unsure how copper nickel behaved when heated cherry red - seems fine it also has a bigger bore than the copper and so carries more oil
