I'd reckon you've probably had your money's worth out of that clutch.
As long as you've got the correct amount of free play at the clutch pedal ( 20mm to 25mm), there's nothing to be gained by adjustment.
As an aside, have you checked that the lower engine to gearbox nuts are in place and tight?
It does seem a little strange that you're having difficulty selecting gears and there's also that unusual noise...
