Just checking.....

Front drums, is it utterly impossible to get the "3 way to drum" brake pipe fitted when the slave cylinder is fitted?

Another question, is it only possible to to assemble the front brakes if you have 3 arms?

I've got a Dyane box here and there is plenty of space between the gearbox casing and backplate but on the 602 box.....its very tight !

It is possible, I have done it once, but it is not advisable. You need very thin fingers and a lot of patience.
What I can advise is:
Adjust the brake shoe adjustment lugs so that the cylinder is exposed, so you can easily remove the cylinder and leave the brake shoes. After mounting the cylinders you can adjust the brake shoes again.
Piece of cake. ;)

No, two good arms will do.One left and one right . 8-)
