This one is just up the road from us. Haven't got the money but what price would you put on it - hard I know just from the photos.

Looks quite nice though

Must just be regional - we don't get them here in France.

Big bruvver knows your IP address.

C'mon, how much would you pay for it - I have a feeling that I saw it up at €7000. I was thinking more like €3000 tops as it is not registered or MOTed. Or finished.

Right, I am going to see this one tomorrow. It is too close to us not too.
Just called the guy and he is looking for €5000 but no MOT or Registration and as we pointed out he has used the French Welding tool.... The Pop Riveter. So not looking to pay anything like that.

It will be interesting to look at an old one like this anyway. Plus lunch in Pau..... bonus.

€ 5000,- ?
It is a lovely van, but with the rivetting and no MOT or registration I would pay no more than €2500,= I would think.
Could you take some pictures an post them ?

That is what I was thinking - we said in the region of €3000 to him on the phone and he gasped saying it was a vary rare vehicle. Rare...not kidding with the pop rivets - I will make a big thing about it and try and get the price rock bottom

Will try and take some sneaky pictures.

My suspicious nature makes me wonder if it's a bitza... I thought that unless you're selling for spares or scrap that vehicles had to have a full CT..Whilst it looks a nice van I would be very reluctant to buy it at all. But maybe that's the blue bottle in me :-)

They have to have a CT to get the Carte Gris and yes in normal circumstances, if you are buying a "normal" second hand car you would expect a CT but when it is a collectors type car it is buyer beware.

My AZU didn't come with a CT and I trailered it home, sorted it out, got the CT and then registered it in my name.

I will have some fun looking at it though.... I am not in the market to buy anything at the moment but if it turns out to be a bargain then I will sell my current van and see how it goes.
