 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
No registration documents (Possibility to register it as Registration document Collection)
The last part is that in France old cars over 30 years old can have a Garte Gris Collection where different rules apply on the Controle Techique (MOT) because the government think they will not be used on a daily basis.
Hope this helps

 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
Thanks...
But, if car goes to another EU country (in my case Slovenia) I must have documents for the car for registration here. That is what I don't understand. Do I get some original papers or not with the car ?

It is not only "stange country's" I think they don't like to sell to people from foreign country's in general. If it is because of the money, or if they just want to keep French heritage in France, I don't know.I have the same experience with body parts and other spare parts .

 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
No way can anybody get registration without Carte de Grise regardless of which type. If original Cart de Grise is lost, new can be optained with some difficulties.

It is just that the french can't be bothered dealing with ‘’difficult’’ issues and will simply ignore you. The ‘’ I don’t care ‘’ mentally here is phenomenal in many aspects of life unless you're accepted. Then the helpfulness is just like many other nationalities. Top class Also english is not easy for french, even when my native woman Lorraine is dealing with daily business, the french can be seen as lazy.
