Went to work. Got chased by a Mini, lost the Mini. Came home.

Packed the van with our camping gear so we can go to the adventure travel film festival in Dorset this weekend. http://www.adventuretravelfilmfestival.com/uk-festival/

Sounds interesting, the weather down here's meant to be scorchio this weekend.

The van is still packed with the ICCCR camping gear, but I managed to squeeze in four refurbished Dunlop wheels for my friend's Singer Chamois

Pulled the dashboard off, realized I haven't got the bits I need to put it back together, left it.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today?
Went for a thrash around the country lanes this evening, up and over the Clent Hills. Realised that I really ought to adjust the heater cable cos it got rather hot in the cabin... but then again winter will be here soon so I concluded couldn't be arsed and just opened the roof instead. It's rather lovely when the cool fresh air is rushing in through the roof but your feet remain toasty from all that hot engine air.

Worked out why it wouldn't work. After swearing lots
Re taped the loom with loom tape Took switch apart Still didn't work Put all back together Was a dodgy connection at the relay
All works
Should see some a series action this weekend. Need to waxoyl the bottom of the floor befre driving it and getting it covered in crap though

Ignored both cars this morning and hopped on the Solex to get to work. Had to get out of bed early, but the 1h drive was worth it!
