The 2cvGB bouncy castle has been fully tested and found to be in working order and is insured and ready to go. I shall personally ensure its erection on site.

If we have a teapot then we should really have best china teacups for the pastis. Although we'd look like a chimps tea party.

 was Louis' idea. I've found the perfect collection of ex NHS canteen tat to go round. Reckon a bottle of pastis is safely enough for all of us. Never got past the top of the sticker without collapsing/losing the bottle .

Still undecided about which car to take. The 425 is now wearing my hastily cobbled up babyfoot rack (attached to the roof with cable ties) but it's a 4 hour drive to St Ives, which means it will take me six hours to get there. I've got to take 5 alloy wheels, my camping kit, the table and its legs and myself. part of me thinks the 602 would be the obvious and painless choice, but the other part of me thinks it'd be old skool carefree 2cv fun to drastically overload a stupid car that's only got 18hp and then drive halfway across the country in it. Although that feeling may wear off, probably by the time I'm at the end of my road...

Definitely Russ, good luck if you choose the 425... :)

Will I be shot if I turned up in either a Renault Laguna or Renault Scenic?????

As most of you already know the Blue Beast is still not road ready...So yet another year passes, I remember saying this last year!!!!

I haven't been to a register day since.....I can't remember......maybe 1998-9...shit has it been that long  ..
Not busy on that saturday so thought I would pop along (if I'm allowed) and put some names to some faces at last........

Sounds like you need to buy one of my new stainless steel roof-bar kits Russ! Or you could just buy my fitting brackets* and that would at least give you something to attach your cable-ties to! (*copies of the original Citroen roof-rack fittings but in stainless).
PS: You did say it was ok to advertise on here, didn't you?
