Re: Registers day 5-7 July 2012
So Aidan's rebuilding his rack, Mackett's changing a chassis, turns out I need a new front wheel bearing. There's some attraction to doing it when the ECAS tent is on hand and when I can borrow the correct tool, but is trying to do it in a field going to make it unnecessarily awkward? Should I just order the bits and do it in the workshop while I've plenty of time?

Worst case you're stuck in a field with your mates?

Don't forget the big day is on the Saturday this year, so we won't have that free day to do nothing but drink beer and tinker with cars... I hear Aidan's sensibly decided not to sort his rack there now.

I hope you've all realised that Registers is actually from 6th-8th.July, not as thread heading. Wouldn't want you to miss out.
