 Re: Fibre glass panels, production??
now see, if your about making a bit of money on the side then go for something for which there is demand and volume
front wings for a 2cv that actually fit rear wings for a 2cv that allow you to get the wheel off
if you want to make something that isnt available then take on advice from your market ami wings....ami roofs!
if you just want Kudos then make something obscure and rare like the bulkhead corner fillets for a Sahara or pointless pieces of "Raid" tat

 Re: Fibre glass panels, production??
I want to make something not available not to make money but to make it available!! Ami roofs would be difficult. Ami wings. Easier. An valance panels easier too

 Re: Fibre glass panels, production??
It's got to be worth a phone call - trouble is, I bet they are for 8's - with the large light aperture at the rear....better than nothing though Ami 6 GRP rear wings definitely did exist, i had a set on leboncoin on my google favourites - just to keep teasing myself!!! twofifty AZU wrote: Jameswallace wrote: Oh dear
Well I don't want to make fibreglass panels that are readily available... I think Smith and Deakin make Ami rear wings http://www.smithanddeakin.co.uk/A-E.htm

Jameswallace wrote: I want to make something not available not to make money but to make it available!! Just on that note, why not make money off it!? Not all money making is bad... The way i see it is if you can make it worth your while and produce a good product for the best possible price then people are willing to pay good money for it. Don't sell yourself short. Set up a simple long term goal to recoup costs and the 2cv community and yourself will benefit. Harley
