....I admit it is a Bamboo
OK as you will see I currently have five of these things.
I will update and contribute to the "D*lly Folly" thread, when I get off my bum and actually do something with the car!
The other cars are all sitting and waiting for attention and as that happens will let you know about them. Some of them will get sold and when they are in the board room one of them will get fired !
However I thought I would say some stuff about the Bamboo.
I havnt much time at the moment, but in the next few days will tell you about this car. Ive owned it for sixteen years and its been through a few transformations
For the moment though I just wanted to say a public thank you to Phil S who has helped me with the electrics, the king pins and general tweeks....
....and as a result of that it has just gone straight through its MOT today, no advisorys, no problems at all.
So back on the road (finally)...again
Various re-build pics to follow....but a very happy lad today....all legal and running well.
Right now off to Roy to order some service bits, I think it deserves a treat !

That's great news. It seemed to be depressing you a bit that you had 5 ugly ducklings sitting around.
I presume this will be your Salbris swan.

Yes this car is my vehicle for Salbris, and I assure you that it WILL be going. I have owned many 2CVs and other vehicles and nothing has been as amazingly unreliable as this car. It lets me down time after time after time. Its had loads of new bits and I even got it serviced properly, but it just goes wrong consistently I assure you it is however going to Salbris. If it fails me before or on the day I will pay the extra ferry charge, borrow a friends car trailer and bring along a big selection of sledge hammers, a generator and 9inch angle grinder http://youtu.be/78b67l_yxUc
