In fact the listing is still there in the sold section. Had a quick look at it at Brighton (a trader had it for sale there). Couldn't see much original left - a lot of late 2cv Special trim, disc brakes etc. Still, originality is not everyone's main concern.

 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=pJust found this on Autotrader whilst looking for an AX for Russ. Looks like it's being sold by a dealer of much more expensive modern stuff (Audis, BMWs,Mercs, Maseratis, even saw an Aston Martin in one photo). Looks strange to see a little 2CV amongst that lot PS:-Sorry Russ, nothing cheap on AT, but you've probably already looked.

 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
Dontcha love the car sales speak, distilation of 40yrs of achievement crossing continents and deserts down to "it was designed to take country folk accross the field to church without breaking their eggs"
why did they not drive round the road to church? why take eggs to church? its a pretty niche market designing a vehicle someone who is a regular church goer, who keeps chickens and has no metalled roads in the vicinity.
looks like a city job with that felted bulkhead and heater vent
