I used to see part-built trucks being driven down the A3, presumably on the way to the shop for the bodywork to be fitted. They looked a bit like that chassis - tho' a tad larger, of course - and the drivers were dressed up like the Stig to protect themselves from the weather. I never got used to the sight - I'd nearly go off the road when I clocked them bearing down in the rear view... :o

If I've used the currency converter right, $12,000 dollars = £1866.49. Even with the cost of going out and bringing it back, that would be cheaper than most stuff in the UK? OK it would probably be bodged to hell, but you would get a miles more interesting car for the money. Anyone fancy a trip?
