nope, it is a Benelux build car, they had them before the french cars had them.

I didn't realise they were fitted in that way, I thought all Citroën fitted six window cars were the same as the later cars.

Who's to blame?
(Where did a regular column called 'Who's to blame' appear when I were a lad?! Some naff weekend paper, I think it was. It would set up ridiculous motoring accident scenarios with badly-drawn cartoon sketches and ask its readers to act like Sherlock...)
