Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds I'd absolutely love that car. Sometimes I feel like taking a couple of week holiday with a van and a trailer to see what I can come home with. A friend down that way has mentioned that they still have semi rural scrapyards with 2cv's in them near where he lives.

Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds That car looks great, the steering wheel looks mint in the photo, but there appears to be a dent on the bonnet, next to the grill(no idea how easy/difficult that would be to straighten out  ) The car does look remarkably free from rust. It appears to have wider spaced headlamps like on 80s cars. Is it just the angle of the photo?

These tyres are the remaining 5 of 10 which I purchased while i was renovating a citroen 2cv in 2007.They came from a tyre wholesaler who got them from a garage which used to be an esso service station. The tyres were made by uniroyal for esso outlets. They had been kept in brown paper wrapping up until i removed it to take photos .Asthey are tube type i also purchased new tubes for them ,hope this is info is helpful regards
