Usually those books tend to include Bijous, and I can't help but agree there! Go and look at a Trabi, and then tell me it's a bad car. Makes a 2cv look complicated and under engineered.

To be honest, I am as jealous as hell...    .......I want to know more about your Trabant and also reckon these books quite daft....suprised how many VWs are in there and BMWs and Volvos....and not a single Citreon...

More about this Trabant.... 2 stroke ?

I cut my teeth on 2CVs as my cars and MZs as my motorbikes....a Trabi is the perfect combination....more please....

Well the deal isn't set in stone yet, as soon as things go ahead, I'll let you know.

Question is, what A-series to do next?

No ta. Geoff did a nice Bijou a couple of years back, and I can't be bothered to hunt one down and pay for it just to do what he did.

I'm playing with the idea of a Mehari or a 350. I'd like to do an Ami saloon too, but struggling to get a vision in my head of what'd look cool.

Outwardly they're just a 2cv. They are pretty common compared to some stuff. I think mehari is the way to go, despite them being dangerous and crippling to drive.
