I'm not a fast car lover to be fair, I generally hate with a passion anything that's built to 'Go Fast' (Porsches, Farraris, Lamborginis et al)I just think they are OTT in a sad way. Re: The O/T thread! Just returned from Tesco and I can't believe the cheek or thickness of the people who work there. I'm no mathematician, but I bought a packet of bread rolls, 6 for 50p. On the shelf there was a ticket proclaiming "Buy two packets for £1 or three for £1.50"  The thing is, I've been using Tesco for about 4yrs now(it's only half mile away), and they do 'offers' like this all the time. Once, I saw a product on the shelf(I forget what now), it was priced at 49p for one, but 'that' ticket proclaiming a 'special offer' said "Buy two for £1"  you do the maths, and watch out if you shop at Tesco.

Mrs Bertie sent me out for some Chocolate a while back (as if herarse isn't big enough already) and I assumed it would be cheaper to get her a big bar than the equivalent weight in individual bars. WRONG!!!
