 Re: Anoraky spotted thread.
A red and white D*lly going southbound (fast in the outside lane) on the M5 around junction 8 yesterday afternoon around half 5. I was stuck in a traffic jam on the northbound carriageway in the BX so didn't wave.

 Re: Anoraky spotted thread.
Fantastic green 2cv T-reg bombing south towards J1 of the M6 on Saturday, about 10.30am, top rolled back and everything. We (me+family) were in a boring modern car, so the driver of the 2cv must have thought we looked like a bunch of over-excited rednecks, all hollerin' and pointin' and punchin' the air as we ambled past.

 Re: Anoraky spotted thread.
lets see...
maroon and black charleston parked next to "the racecourse" in northamton whilst on my way home from work one day ages ago
in kettering i've seen a red/white D*lly and in exactly the same parking space 2 weeks later, there was a 2 tone grey charleston... on a Q plate... i asked around but nobody knew who owned them
on monday, while me and simon where leaving brigton, a plum and custard D*lly drove across an overpass while we were going up the a27!
and yesterday in work, a lady asked who owned poppy, and my mate Ali said, the 2cv is Joes, pointed and started telling the woman about her trips in poppy and driving to skeggy etc, and she replied with, yes they are wonderful cars etc, i have one too! i asked if she was a 2cvgb member, to which she said No! but she said, "i've seen the website on your boot and i'll have a look at that"
what i didnt realise was she was actually in her car, and i saw it as she was leaving! absolutely Mint looking red special, White Adventure kit, and White stickers running along the bottoms of the Doors! the car looked familiar but i dont know where i've seen it before! didnt get the reg either!
i have the reg of the D*lly and charleston from kettering though!
charleston - Q558 RNV - 2cvgb sticker on boot aswell. D*lly -E955 FNH

 Re: Anoraky spotted thread.
Saw a ripple today driving through Accrington this afternoon in heavy rain... ... I think a guy in Burnley used to own it called Alex, but he sold it a few years ago afaik? May be wrong though, but that was the only ripple I knew of round this area... Saw a battered celeste on Tuesday too, near Whalley..
