Inside Dash and propshaft tunnel etc

Prop tunnel is fabricated from Alu, saved about 8kg from the orginal heavy steel version, coved with thin carpet to reduce sound/resonce.
Extra panel for USB, Diesel Heater Control, Map Light, Reverse lamp, Alu Lever is the rear brake line lock valve.

Speedo from a Quad with small speed sensor (no need for a 2.5 meter speedo cable from the rear diff)
Citroen switches/ and relays and lamps with LEDs fitted.

Cylinder Heads.

Exhaust Vales ok.

Inlets to much wear, so new items.
Using my £10 dial guage (Car Boot)

Tubes fitted with rawl plug M8 (have made a more robust tool.)
Also M8 exhaust studs the old M7 studs very rusty.

Parts need to be cleaned before they are machined also allows any cracks or defects to be seen.
