So, i tried it yesterday on my way to shop, and the cap came off the water reservoir, and dumped all the water. :D

So, designed a new cap for the reservoir.

The return line is in the cap. The addition of the inner collar, should stop the cap popping off whilst under load from the return pipe.

Trying to get the temperature up on the reducer as much as possible, so added some jubilee clips to the copper coil in the exhaust. Clamped one end, and turned the coil to tighten it against the exhaust pipe, and clamped other end with the clip.

The clamps will also stop the coil chattering against the exhaust pipe. :)

Fuel Temp Sensor added to software. woo woo :D

Now to move the Inlet Air Temperature sensor as its getting heat sink with the Dyane airbox being over the exhaust.

Its been starting on lpg now as well, after a few cranks. Still needs tweaking though.

Once it starts reliably on lpg, i will see about adding the fuel pump to the petrol side. :)

Moved iat sensor to rubber connector between air filter box and carb. Much more sensible readings at idle now.

I think where the sensor was mounted on the filter box, stopped air passing it at low rpm. But that part of the box was being heated by the exhaust, causing heat soak to the sensor. That in turn caused the ECU to pull fuel and weaken the mixture.

Needs a run and log to confirm. And probably retune. :)
