Re: My Beduino
Finally acquired an 8 x 4 sheet of plywood this morning. Let the woodwork commence.

Re: My Beduino
Some more progress. Though, I think I will wait for the wind to drop before attempting to wrangle with an 8 x 4 sheet of plywood.

Re: My Beduino
Bit late, but why not Zintec steel or Alloy?

Re: My Beduino
I've not heard of zintec steel before, but have just looked it up briefly. I did consider aluminium, and like the steel, the cost is prohibitive. Then you actually have to be able to work with it. I'm doing this outside in the street, and will be sawing the wood in the communal front garden. Something else to consider for the doors, was differing metals and the erosion that can cause. And with all that, its supposed to be a wooden car.

Re: My Beduino
I'm wating for some waterproof electrical connectors for the head lights to arrive in post before I put the bonnet on.
I am reluctant to take any more off, before I get the bonnet done, so tidied the wiring a little in the engine bay. I've put the lpg injectors and reducer in place to help determine the routing of the wiring loom.
I ended up taking the dash out to remove the old head light loom. I was never very happy about the head light wiring going over the engine. So it will go down the bulkhead, along the chassis to one head light (and horn and indicator, then across the front to the other light And indicator.
