Here,s an update from the WM 2cv in Samobor. Yesterday evening there was a severe thunderstorm.. Some partytents where blown away. At least 1 big tent from a salesman I have seen flying away and several lightning hits. However the sun is shining again, so lets go on with the party...

Went to a Classic Car show in a local vineyard at the weekend. Camping, music and old French cars, what's not to like?

Looks/sounds like an enjoyable event.

Like "Less is more" then :P

It was very enjoyable Pete, not least because we were camped (and parked, mostly) right next to the vines, which was gratis, as was the band on Sat evening, which was set up under the trees in the open air. Meals had to be pre-booked, which is the way over here and, of course, everyone sat down at huge tables together for lunch/evening meal, and there was a small entrance fee but included was a plaque, two self guided road "sorties", free Cognac and Pineau de Charentes tasting and two tours/quizes around the vineyards. Once you'd booked in you could come and go as you liked, which meant there was a fairly steady flow of interesting stuff in and out all weekend, including many Renault 4L's and VW Beetles and Combis, both of which have quite a following here we've found. All in all, one we plan to go to next year.

Finally made a bracket to make gearbox rebuild easier. Maybe a bit easier than at a big vice..?
