 Quick Release Doors
Quick Release door hinge pins are not a new idea. My doors have modified hinge pins, however if you leave the car standing for a long period of time, they tend to rust and become much harder to pull out. So I made some from Stainless Steel rod, now only the hinge part rusts!

 Re: Quick Release Doors
Is stainless softer than the original pin?

 Re: Quick Release Doors
My left door has this as it was easier to get in and out the car when we had the Big Yellow Playbus!

 Re: Quick Release Doors
Is this some kind of home patent? How do you use them?

 Re: Quick Release Doors
Never gave them a second glance. Time to lubricate. Nice tip.
