This lunchtime, a good friend called by with his newest acquisition. It's in amazing condition, even underneath, with what looks like the original chassis. Sadly, it has the 435cc engine and is consequently very slow but it has been standing a while so may loosen up over time, of course. Loads of new parts, too.

He tells us he bought it off another ex-pat who unfortunately is returning to Brexit Island to live and is selling up, having spent loads on the car. Prior to his ownership it was, to quote Jules, "a granny car" and had very light use indeed. Quite a find, isn't it?
