 Re: Spunkbucket
If that's £1400 worth I don't know what I'm doing wasting my time fixing this, I might as well throw the body away and sell it for a £600 instant profit?

I nearly choked when the woman said '£10 please' for two meters of it. I almost walked out but That would have meant my speakers sitting on the floor for another week while I waited for the steel people to deliver. I'm certainly wise to it now though.

It's not the right carburettor for any A series, that's the problem... Nelsthebass wrote: Proper botch job! Not entirely sure that's the right carb for that style of filter......

 Re: Spunkbucket
A Zenith for an early engine would be a 2 stud fixing. This is the 4 stud manifold on a late 602 engine and that carburettor on it 'fits where it hits'... citroenboat wrote: ken wrote: It's not the right carburettor for any A series, that's the problem... The question about the '67 AZU, wot I have, was whether the Zenith carb that was on it's 425 engine might have been original...?
