Just pull one LT lead off the coil,

Nice idea, but anyone with Entry Level Mechanics could work that one out, don't you think Russ? Surely total removal of the HT leads would be a foolproof method if immobilisation.

If somebody wants a car they'll take it. If they're just out for shits and giggles and it won't start, I doubt they're going to start diagnosing and fault finding.

Or swap the lt lead with the oil pressure switch lead, then when your helpful joyrider cum AA patrolman come visiting nothing's disconnected under the bonnet. I just think taking your plug leads with you when you leave the car makes you look like a weirdo and I don't want 3 foot of greasy cabling in my handbag.

I'm quite sure it could work but i wouldn't use it in a 2CV, with all the potential leaking ;) every drop on the g-spot could switch your ignition.

Found – most – of a rectangular front indicator for my 1970 2CV.
One to go!

Free lunch yesterday, in return for parking up at a local market. It is quite a long day though but it was a good lunch.

Now tell me what's the diffrence between a normal relais and this??? (ok. women don't have relais inside)...

I think it will work but with a normal relais you achieve exactly the same (but profesional) so why all this????

I presumed that it was something to do with 'gliding along' but I mistakenly believed it to be for the suspension, not the engine...
